How to Apply Press-On Nails So They Last
MY MUSE press-on nails are designed to be applied at home in minutes. The right prep is what helps your set feel comfortable and last.
1. Clean and prep your nails
Wash and dry your hands, gently push back your cuticles, and lightly buff away surface shine. Wipe each nail with alcohol so it is clean and oil-free.
2. Match each nail before gluing
Lay the set over your nails and choose the closest fit for every finger. A press-on should not touch your cuticle or press into the sides of your nail.
3. Apply a thin layer of glue
Use a small, even amount of nail glue on your natural nail and the underside of the press-on. Start at the cuticle edge, then press down firmly for 20 to 30 seconds.
4. Protect your manicure
Avoid soaking your hands for the first hour. Wear gloves for cleaning and use your fingertips rather than your nails to open cans or packages.
